A Bit About Me
Hi, I’m Nakoah Brown, a Certified General Appraiser and co-owner of Brown Valuation Group. I specialize in commercial real estate valuation, with experience across a wide range of property types including retail, office, industrial, multi-family, self-storage, and land. My expertise also extends to agricultural tracts, homes on acreage, and large parcels of 40+ acres. In addition, I have experience with right-of-way assignments, which has allowed me to contribute to community growth and infrastructure development.
What I enjoy most about this profession is that every property tells a story. I take pride in providing thoughtful, well-researched valuations that help people—whether it’s a bank making a lending decision, a family planning for the future, or a business looking to grow. At the end of the day, it’s about relationships, trust, and serving others.

Hi, I’m Rachel — if you’ve ever emailed, called, or sent a message to Brown Valuation Group, chances are we’ve already met. I’m the one making sure everything runs smoothly, people are happy, and nothing slips through the cracks.
I handle the schedules, the updates, the “Hey, did we get that document?” text, and the last-minute “Can we squeeze this in?” requests. I love the details, I love a good checklist, and I really love taking care of people.
You’ll usually find me juggling phone calls, coffee, and our sweet little boy — and loving every second of it. Clients know they can call me with questions, ideas, headaches, or hopes, and I’ll find a way to make it work.

We started Brown Valuation Group in March of 2025 with a big dream and a whole lot of coffee. We’re a husband-and-wife team who love this work and love the people behind it even more. Nakoah handles the valuation brainpower, and Rachel keeps everything moving and everyone smiling. Together, we’ve built a business around real relationships, honest communication, and commercial appraisal that actually feels good to work with.
